I’m Jamie Pantano, a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and founder of Wild Roots Nutrition. After my own journey with PCOS and prediabetes, I became passionate about helping others reconnect to the rhythms of real food, seasonal eating, and intentional living.
