Wild Roots Gut Reset Program
Get to the root of your symptoms with precision lab testing, 1:1 guidance, and personalized nutrition support
The Wild Roots Gut Reset Program is an 8‑week, personalized healing journey designed to help you understand why your gut is struggling and what it actually needs to restore balance.
Investment - $895
This includes:
GI‑MAP stool test (a $420 value)
Review and analysis of your results
Customized protocol and guidance based on your unique needs, results and goals
8 weeks of personalized 1:1 support
This is not a quick fix or a generic gut plan
This is a root‑cause approach.
Instead of telling you what to cut out or handing you a one‑size‑fits‑all protocol, we slow down and listen to your body. We use data, context, and ongoing support to create the right conditions for healing.
Because your body isn’t broken — it’s communicating.
This program is a good fit if you
Experience bloating, reflux, gas, constipation, diarrhea, inconsistent digestion, or lingering “mystery” symptoms you can’t quite get to the bottom of
Experience skin issues like acne, eczema, psoriasis, or chronic rashes
Feel worse after eating or notice energy crashes after meals
Are struggling to lose weight or feel stuck at a plateau despite doing "all the right things"
Have tried elimination diets, supplements, or clean eating — and still don’t feel well
Want clarity instead of guesswork
Are ready for a supportive, personalized approach rather than another generic plan
This program may not be a fit if you’re looking for a quick detox, a simple meal plan, or a hands‑off experience without ongoing guidance and collaboration.
What makes this program different
Most gut programs focus on symptoms.
This one focuses on understanding the environment your gut is responding to — and changing it with care.
We combine:
Precision lab testing
One‑on‑one guidance
Tailored nutrition and lifestyle support
Ongoing accountability and refinement
So you’re never left wondering what to do next.
Disclaimer: If you live in NY, NJ or RI please email me at jamie@wildrootsnt.com to discuss your options as there are some limitations for residents of these states.

While every body is different, many clients report:
Less bloating and discomfort
Improved digestion
More stable energy
Better tolerance to foods
A deeper understanding of their body
This program is about creating a foundation — not chasing perfection.
What clients are saying
“I was struggling with GERD, Inflammation, Hives and gastrointestinal issues and for the first time I can truly say that I have a healthy gut! I have been able to manage my symptoms to the point where they are no longer occurring. I would have never expected to be here this time last year. “
“Jamie truly helped me find myself again. Her approach was always supportive, never pushy or judgmental, which is a common fear when discussing diet. The plans she provided were straightforward and simple to execute. Jamie's guidance consistently emphasized listening to your body, providing the nourishment it requires, prioritizing rest, and remembering that the goal is not perfection. Its super exciting to know that the knowledge I gained will stay with me for the rest of my life. “

Personalized Protocol based on your unique needs and goals
8 Weeks of 1:1 support
-
Once you enroll, a GI-MAP stool test kit will be shipped directly to your home. It typically arrives within 3–5 business days.
You’ll complete the test at home using the clear instructions provided. When finished, simply send the kit back to the lab using the prepaid return shipping label included.
At the same time, you’ll complete intake paperwork & a 3 Day Food & Mood Journal so I can better understand your symptoms, history, and goals. This context allows me to interpret your results thoughtfully and build a plan that reflects your unique needs — not just your lab data.
When your results are ready, I’ll review and analyze them in depth and create a personalized protocol based on:
Your test findings
Your symptoms
Your lifestyle and health history
From there, we’ll work together 1:1 for the next 8 weeks to support your gut reset with guidance, refinement, and ongoing support as your body responds.
Please note: The test kit must be completed within 30 days of purchase, so you’ll want to use it promptly once it arrives.
-
You can complete your GI-MAP test as soon as it arrives, with a few important exceptions:
Wait at least 2 weeks after finishing antibiotics
Pause probiotics 2–3 days before collecting your sample
Pause antimicrobial supplements (such as oregano oil, berberine, garlic, etc.) for 3–5 days prior
Avoid collecting your sample while on your menstrual cycle — wait until bleeding has fully stopped
If you are acutely ill (fever, stomach bug, etc.), wait until you’re feeling better
The test kit should be completed within 30 days of purchase to avoid expiration.
The sooner you complete your test and submit your intake paperwork, the sooner we can review your results and begin your personalized gut reset.
-
Once you ship your test kit back to the lab, results typically take about 2 weeks to process.
As soon as your results are received, I’ll reach out to schedule your 90-minute Results & Strategy Session, where we’ll do a comprehensive review of:
Your lab findings
Your intake form
Your 3-day food and mood journal
And how it all connects to your symptoms
I’ll prepare your detailed lab analysis and personalized protocol in advance so our session is focused, thorough, and actionable.
