We’ll explore how digestion, blood sugar, sleep, stress, and nourishment impact every part of your well-being. Together, we’ll create a simple, supportive plan that helps you feel your best—without the overwhelm, guesswork, or gimmicks.

For those wanting deeper insights, optional functional lab testing is available to uncover the root causes of your symptoms and guide an even more personalized approach to your healing.

8 Week Functional Nutrition Program

90-Minute Initial Consultation

We’ll review your intake forms, 3-day Food & Mood Journal, and dive deep into your goals and health history.

You’ll receive a fully customized plan with food, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations tailored to your body’s unique needs.


45 Minute Follow-Up Session

We’ll check in on your progress, fine-tune your plan, and make adjustments based on how you’re feeling so your protocol evolves with you.

15-Minute Check-In Call

A quick touchpoint to keep you on track, address any challenges, and map out your next steps.

At this stage, we can also discuss functional lab testing to uncover the root causes of your symptoms.
